I was in love with a girl for 9 years and she never felt back for me , she treated me like shit and never looked at me like I mean something for her , after she told me that I mean nothing to her I went to bars and clubs and I drank so much until I couldn’t remember what happened last night , I fell in depression and even wanted to end myself , I went to therapy were i met a girl that I kinda liked we dated and we fell in love , I lay now next to her with a golden ring on my finger and we except a baby in a few months I hold her hand right now while hearing this song , I’m glad i can be happy now with her and I’m also glad that I didn’t gave up. When my ex and I first fell in love , this was the first song he sent me at 4am saying he couldnt sleep because I was on his mind. Was the best day, week, month ever. We lasted for a year, he slowly turned abusive. Now it's over. Love this song, but I can never listen to it the same way EDIT: Thank you all for the nice comments and respect, I'm completely over him now and happy . I made this comment after I had lost him, then a week later, my only parental figure in life was murdered. I was miserable. But I made it, I'm happy and past recovery now (though still mourning). Thank you guys again, its nice to look back and compare how I was to who I am now. I wish you all the best♡
