The industry needs to bring back the rule that said you had to have grown up singing in church before you could get signed to any record label or be a singer 🎉😅…cuz there’s no reason why I should be waiting on one or two , maybe three artists to drop a album every 5 years in order to hear good music!! ❤ It’s only like two or three singers left that really SANG now’ndays

Wow Music! I didn't know she lost her mom but I Instantly felt sad and missed my mom while listening to her words. Tears were just falling. I miss her soo much! Worse day ever. Condolences and prayers to all who gained an Angel. RIP MOM 1.25.2017 ❤❤

I’ve watched jazzy live and here on KZfaq since her career began but huntyyy the way she collaboratively performed these two beautiful pieces this time was different. You can feel her emotions flowing through her vocals note after note. Such a powerful performance! I love you Jaz🫶🏽💕

I don’t get why people are dedicating this song to their relatives who have passed away when it is obvious that this song is about a lover who was treated badly then moved on. Y’all don’t want your relatives who passed away “to have too much fun” and not to “love anyone” wherever they are?

@@DeanDon333 The words are clear though: “Don’t have too much fun without me” and “Try not to love no one”. If you lose someone, you’d want them to thrive, hopefully in Heaven. To have a lot of fun and thrive. That’s why this is clear that it is for an ex and not a loved one who has departed from this physical world.

@GarageStudio7 I mean but she can't sing everyyy perspective, it's more than then lyrics that make the song touching in a way. The longing and pain in her describes that phase of grief and is translatable between loss of loved ones and the end of relationships. I've def had terrible thoughts about my deadems before and after their passings 🤷‍♂️ grief is complicated

In tears watching this. My mum died Jan 2021 and when Heaux Tales came out same month - it got me through being isolated alone (pandemic) and trying to get through the early stages of grief. This song lost ones meant a lot me then and now that she’s experience the loss of her mother also, I feel so deeply for her ❤️‍🩹
