I would say jasmine first then Whitney only because Whitney was pre recorded. Jasmine sung with alot of wind in the stadium but still open up her lungs and hit every high note.

The whole performance is perfection with superior vocal execution, but it’s the dip on that last “the” which gives me goosebumps like no other! Those dips, her rasp and her accuracy of her notes are just pure velvet and soul to the ears. 😮‍💨

I hear you bro but that is very difficult. Let's say top 10 or 20. We have people like Patti, Mariah, Brandy, Lauryn Hill, Fantasia, Jill Scott, Ledisi, Monica, J Hud, Lisa Fischer, Beyonce, Chante Moore, Deborah Cox, Tamia and more. We would have to categorize this in a different way for top 5. Maybe by age and timeframe of an artist coming out...but there are tooo many powerful vocalists still here today.

I’m nowhere near as good as Jazmine but I noticed in my 30s I was able to hit notes I never hit before (highs and lows) and I can belt where before my voice would have broken. It’s like my throat literally opened up more. It’s amazing how a little age and practice can take someone already as good as her and make her even better

Please listen again and realize that she traveled through many keys in this song. Meaning she went off since there was no music. Very pitchy, even in a few of the runs. She would agree with me as she is a better singer with music backing her.

*Oh Wow!* *No backing music!* After finishing the performance, it finally clicked that there was no backing instrumentation; her voice is so melodic! That's how one utilizes riffs and runs excellently. They were filled with so much musicality, that one can easily forget that it's solely her voice. Her voice is truly exceptional. Honestly, this is right up there with Whitney's and it is completely live and acapella. (It's a smaller event so it may not be as popular) but vocally and emotively, it is excellent.
