I know bb3 is superior to x3, but some of the songs are playing under 40hz and it’s outside range in the x3 making it inaudible. Some songs over 50hz sound fine in that speaker

I can get amazing sounds from my BB3 through the aux port connected to a 16 channel graphics equaliser.

Were these plugged into DC power? If not the Boombox was only playing the sub @ 60w instead of 80w.

boombox is better terms of quality. but its heavy. i been lugging the boom box 1 around for years ( 4-5yr ) the battery finally crapped out and its anoyying how heavy it is and taking up space in the truck aswell on many camping trips. so ill be opting for the extreme 3 this BF, also that strap though is a big flex

These test dont do the xtreme justice.. i was at my community pool yesterday and some lady had an extreme too probably 40-50% volume if i had too guess i can definitely tell it wasnt even close too as loud as the speaker goes and that shit had some thumping bass and sounded incredible i had too ask the women what speaker is that she said jbl extreme 2 i was like wow the thing sounded amazing. So if you dont have the cash go with extreme 3 i dont think you can be dissatisfied listening too music is enjoyable because how good it sounds and thats what makes it worth the price.. if speakers dont sound great its been proven people wont enjoy listening too music on those speakers for as long because music isnt enjoyable too your ears through that particular speaker you get listening fatigue its a real thing.. Anyway Michael Jackson beat it song came on and that thing sounded beautiful incredible bass perfectly balanced and i dont even like Michael Jackson but it was enjoyable too hear the song i hated because it sounded so good is my point.. this lady didnt listen too any heavy bass songs but every song she played was like country music some eagles songs, some 90's alternative songs which none really have bass but you could still hear the clear crisp bass well balanced mids, lows and highs as well just absolutely fantastic too listen too. So basically i can finally see why people will pay the astronomical prices of jbl Bluetooth speakers. Ill probably get the boombox 3 for sure..

Its a good deal.. but add a little more & u can get the Boombox 2 is ur ok with the size.

Outside parties yes👍. Though in open spaces i think the Partybox 110 or 310 would be good

Some speakers lose bass when u turn the volume up like bb2.. tried the BB3 in a store put volume to max and still retain the bass sound like in the video. I want get a bb3 for outdoor use but the PB110 is as good.. maybe i will wait until the price drops a little bit😅

Pb110 is better for outdoor use. Deeper bass and a bit more louder. It is not so portable tho

Pb110 has no tweeter like the bb3.. bb3 is cleaner in voice and tone.

I bought the extreme 3 and sent it back. For 120 more I got the boombox 3 and love it. Everyone that has heard the speaker loves it. Why the size it quite large I bought a case with a shoulder strap to lug it around and I tell ya I really couldnt be happier.

@@javierruiz6703 it gets very loud when plugged in or running On battery, but It does get a bit schreeching to the ears because of its sound signature, so i use eq, And Change it to 2bass/1mids/-1treble

The boombox 3 has 180 watts when running on mains power and 130 watts when running on battery power! Total power 180 watts!

As a boombox 3 owner, i can say, why would u pick the xtreme 3 over the boombox 3? The only thing i can think of is the portability and the shoulder trap, but the bass that the boombox 3 produces is insane!! And the xtreme 3, well, it just doesnt go as low, u can clearly hear that

Bro, do it this for extreme 4, flip 6 & boombox 3 :) Boombox 3 is so big, I got JBL flip 6 and I love it. Because I can take it with me this think everywhere, you feel me? Even in My pocket. This hits different when you csn take your sound quality with you every time. Extreme 4 is pretty portable to so it's interesting to. But boombox you can't be that much mobile with it. That's the think bro. But have iin house boombox all the way.

Bei der großen müsste sich der Griff durch einen Gurt tauschen lassen, dann wär es was für mich. Die Xtreme3 kann ich auch mal an einen Ast hängen, die Boombox würde auf uU. Schmutzigen Boden stehen.

JBL boombox 3 is 130w battery mode. But in ac mode it’s 176w bc battery mode: woofer: 60w. Mid woofers: 30w. Tweeters: 8 each. And ac mode: woofer: 80w. Mid woofers: 40w. Tweeters: 8 each. Obiosly the bass & sound increases in ac but it is really good on battery too… there is a big different from 130 to 176 w 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

But Partybox not suitable for extreme wet condition and space matter, so I bought the bb3 & charge 5😊 for fishing trip..once bb3 battery out..Charge 5 take over party😂

I tried and heard both the BB3 and the PB 310 in JBL store.. I can say that the BB3 has much cleaner/balanced sound than PB 310. Though the PB 310 is much louder and more bass at higher volume. I also have the PB 110, almost the same sound profile like the PB 310, just a little lower power but still sufficient, perfect for indoor and Karaoke use. Then, I also have the Xtreme 3. Just my favorite speaker for outdoor because of it´s size and weight, though it´s no match compared to BB3 bass, loudness and sound quality wise but it´s still good and sufficient.
