I must agree the bass is super weak. I enjoy them for my workouts because they are secure but I only use them for workouts I use pixel buds for every day use

It's a solid pair of earbuds but also CES and MWC is right around the corner where we're sure to see an updated version in the next few months.

Appreciate the feedback. I find the ear arms to be extremely comfortable. They are light and stay in place with help from the ear tips so the ear arms does not rub against the skin. There is also no pressing or pinching of the ear.

I plan on doing a video on this but make sure the power hook is not connected to the earbud. To reset the earbuds Forget them on your device then with both earbuds out of the case make sure they're on and touch and hold the touch surface until the lights blinks and then let go when it stops. Wait for the lights to turn on and to pair make sure both earbuds are powered on and wait for the pair request on your device. That works for me and hope that works for you. Mics are definitely not a strong suit but they are decent enough. I find the volume to be lower than similarly priced earbuds and the background comes through more than I would like. Thanks for watching 👍🏾

That sucks. Hopefully you can return them. I've been having mine for over a year and never encountered that problem. Could be a bad pair.

That's not good. What phone do you have? I suggest forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings and resetting the earbuds. If you have an Android phone the earbuds will pair automatically with Google Fast Pair. Let me know if that works for you.

To power on lift the hook from the base when out the case. To power off let the hook magnetically close by touching the earbuds. Hope that's what you were asking.

@@CorysTechTime its fixed. when i use my phone to max the volume i get the same loudness for each side. but for some reason when i use the touch control of jbl to max the volume the left side is louder.

I don't believe that is possible. But with Google's Fast Pair the earbuds syncs across your Google account and is available on all of your Android devices.

They're rated at IP67 and JBL claims them to be sweatproof and waterproof but I don't recommend wearing them while swimming.
