Hello Guys, This video will guide you to disassemble your JBL Flip Speakers gently without damaging them and fix the loose charging issue. And then finally assemble it back to feel the beatzzzzz 's again.

Thanks. I took mine apart 2 years ago, bought the USB port, then broke my elbow. Then broke it again. Then got covid. Then had surgery on elbow. It went bad, was in hospital a while. Finally healed up, rebuilt my 5 speed transmission, got my winters wood cut, sat down to fix this little sucker, and couldn't remember how it came apart, let alone how it goes back together. Your video saved it from the trash can. Not sure it was worth it over just buying a refurbished Boom 2 for $45, but as matter of principle, I needed to finish what I started. So, thanks!l. Awaaz Fatne ka 2 hi reason hai 1: Speaker ka damage hona, speaker ka packing puncture hona. 2: Audio input mai distortion hona. ye distortion Humare input device se ho Sakta hai , ya phir speaker ka filter circuit mai problem hona.

For me L1 is 150uH. But these values may differ according to (region/country's) Electrical Interferences. But the L1 value will be the same as the other inductors L2, L3 ..etc. So you can solder an inductor L1 with the same value as other inductors near to the L1. And No Idea regarding ---> to buy the Card from the charging Center.

Charging bulb is blinking when I plugged for charge but speaker charge nae ho paa rha and play nae ho rha. So mai kese pta kru ki mere battery me issue h ya charging cord me!? Agr battery me issue h to battery kha milega ?

Battery ko check karne ke , uska voltage reading lena padega Multimeter se, agra uska voltage bhut kam hai normal voltage se toh It means battery issue. You can find the Battery online , just check for Exact 1:Voltage 2: Size 3: mAH should be greater or equal to the older one.

Mera jbl flip 2 charge nahi hota aur output mai thoda distortion bhi hai......koi idea ye repair ho sakta hai kya aur kitna kharcha hoga? Maine customer care pe call kiya tha to unhone bola ye product End Of Life hai.....hum koi support nahi de sakte ☹️..

Aap apna speakers gently open karke dekhna ,ki kahi sab wire theek se hai, aur koi bhi part jala hua nahi dikhna chahiye. Actually ,proper checking ke liye multiMeter lagega jisse aapa thoda basic testing kar sakte hai problem dhundhane ke liye.

Поставил новую липольку и при максимальной громкости начала колонка тухнуть просто исчезает звук а колонка остаётся включенной и подключенной к телефону , в чём может быть проблема скажите пожалуйста? Флип 2

Пожалуйста, проверьте емкость аккумулятора Lipo (мАч) с оригинальным, который вы заменили. Причина, по которой это происходит, возможно, заключается в том, что при высокой громкости динамик потребляет больше тока, чем может обеспечить липосакция. Попробуйте и это, проведите тест с высокой громкостью, когда динамики подключены к оригинальному зарядному устройству Jbl или аналогичному зарядному устройству. Если все работает хорошо, то новая замененная батарея ниже спецификации. Pozhaluysta, prover'te yemkost' akkumulyatora Lipo (mAch) s original'nym, kotoryy vy zamenili. Prichina, po kotoroy eto proiskhodit, vozmozhno, zaklyuchayetsya v tom, chto pri vysokoy gromkosti dinamik potreblyayet bol'she toka, chem mozhet obespechit' liposaktsiya. Poprobuyte i eto, provedite test s vysokoy gromkost'yu, kogda dinamiki podklyucheny k original'nomu zaryadnomu ustroystvu Jbl ili analogichnomu zaryadnomu ustroystvu. Yesli vse rabotayet khorosho, to novaya zamenennaya batareya nizhe spetsifikatsii.

@@theembeddedguy1615 я поставил на параллель и каждый 3.7 вольт 1900 mah, и у каждого акума пристроена своя какая маленькая платка, ещё я припаял первую зарядил с нуля до полного потом увидев что он вырубается запараллелил второй акум с нулевым зарядом, пока колонка ведёт себя не нормально то быстро разряжается также вырубается хотя уже там 3.7 вольт 3800 mah стоит 🤔

Попробую ещё несколько циклов заряда разряда сделать может акумам надо сравняться, кстати акум я поставил новые не б.у

@@theembeddedguy1615 оказалось дело было в акуме как я и сказал второй тоже зарядился теперь не вырубается
