I go a pair of 660s today, I’m facing a problem though.. whenever I use the wire instead of Bluetooth all the buttons on the headphones ceases to work.. does anyone know why?

That's because it's not in Bluetooth mode, You're listening through straight wire connection. You have to do all your adjustments through your device.

looking at the cable, it's a TRRS type cable..so it must be yes can use the built in Mic..

After using it for 2 months now, it’s great, the music, the battery life, the bass, the mic. It’s so good. I definitely recommend it. Believe it or not, I’ve never seen it low on battery. I can go 3 days without even charging a single second.

All y’all really lied about than anc, it’s really garbage , almost regret buying this, horrible buzzing inference on songs with a lot of bass when anc is on and volume max, really sucks

They didn’t lie… you’re just clueless…. 1ANC isn’t supposed to be used at max volume because at max volume your NC is the volume…. Second, there are three modes, press the button to fix that if you wanna blast “the hardest bass drops of 2022”….. the products are fine and work as intended, don’t blame the company for you not understanding how to you use it
