No doubt the partybox ultimate is definitely louder and better. But the 710 is also not less than that. And considering the price, i think 710 is still the best👍

JBL Partybox Ultimate учитывая сколько он стоит,то должен давить хотя бы 115дб,а не сраные 109дб.И цветомузыка у ультимейт дибильная,какая-то дикая!Еще она весит 45кг,а играет на 30кг.Ну по ачх она хорошо отыгрывает и немного выигрывает у 710,и на этом плюсы ультимейт кончились.По факту,если бы они стоили одинаково,я все же бы купил 710.

Great Video! Has the Ultimate deeper Bass than the 710? I think about buying two Ultimates. I want as load as possible. I sold my two 1000s. Greetings from Germany!

The bass is more present - about + 30-40% than the 710 - but the 1000 have better bass and less mids and clarity! Cheera

@AudioTribe make sure you have the newest firmware on the ultimate. The ultimate is louder, has better quality, bigger deeper bass than 1000. I never owned a 710 so I don't know how the 710 compares to the ultimate. Maybe you need to update your ultimate firmware because the sound from the ultimate is impressive. The ultimate has double the bass over the 1000. I'm happy I sold my 2 1000's for 2 ultimates. Also I tested over wifi not bluetooth. I used the tidal and amazon music built in the jbl one app. Maybe i was listening in dolby atmos mode but wow felt like being at a concert. Worth the high price

Get the ultimates and make sure the firmware is up to date. The blow the 710 away and top the 1000 easily as well. Also the tech on the ultimate is just much better than the 1000

You should do 2 710 vs 1 ultimate db test because everyone says 2 710’s are louder then 1 ultimate and it’s still cheaper…. I’m curious

As you see in this video , when 2 speakers are connected, that doesn't mean that the sound will be a lot louder! If I have to choose between 2x710 or 1 Ultimate, I will go for 2x710. But let's not forget the JBL PB 1000! Cheers

@AudioTribe actually that's simple math lol, a second speaker that's the same model as the first one will sound louder, and the increase in dB will always be a number between 3 and 6dB. Of course a +6.0dB increase is in perfect conditions, so it's impossible to reach in the real world, but in ideal conditions, if you're really precise, you can get an increase of around 5,9 dB, and that will be perceived as significantly louder

You heard wrong. There is an outdoor test of Ultimate vs double 710 and Ultimate was clear winner in terms of loudness and sound quality. 2x 710 is still great though and better value.

I know when I run one of my 710’s as opposed to 2 , idk what the decibel meter would pick up but the audible to my ears is a good bit louder and the bass is double to what I’m feeling in the floor. But 2 speakers in TWS has an incredible sound Even though the ultimate is louder and fuller complete sound and definitely the best quality than what I have heard in ANY single speaker. From what I have heard 2 710’s in TWS is only a little louder than 1 ultimate but a little more bass also WHEN U RUN 2 of the 710, and definitely the TWS sounds better. However , 2 ultimates are insanely incredible, but you pay for it big time. But when I look at the price of 2 of the 710 or Ultimate, when 2 of the 710’s ran me just under 1500 but 2 of the Ultimates clock in in just over 3600 I really could not go that high so for my house 2 710s sound great 😊. Also I use my iPhone for everything so I don’t have Home internet and to connect 2 Ultimates in TWS u have to have WIFI if ya don’t then your only option is to daisy chain them which you lose stereo and EQ quality to the second speaker because there is NO TWS button on the back of the Ultimate and the EQ does not transfer to any Daisy chained speaker btw . The ultimate is a great speaker but not DOUBLE the price of the 710 , at least not in my opinion. Recently, I re position my pair of 710’s from out from more of the middle of my floor and out then about 1 and a half feet near the wall and the extra sound from the bass exhaust port hitting the wall added more bass and you can feel it hitting the floor harder and a slight but more volume. It really surprised me

The problem is every time you take the camera out of the decibel meter on the ultimate when you come back it’s way louder. In every video I seen the same thing. I think it’s probably you’re putting it closer on the camera is not looking

3db increase in volume in the sound is exactly twice as loud, so it is physically twice as loud Jbl ultimate not 30% but 100% mathematically from 710 but how the human ear accepts it is 50% increase in sound on at this volume level

It’s not. I have all of the partyboxes including the ultimate, the 710 is the best sounding. I’ve done so many tests on all of them and the 710 gets deeper and punchier, the 1000 sounds horrible, the 710 gets deeper than the ultimate as well.

The 310 is the best to move around and it has an internal battery. Offcourse the JBL Partybox 710 is the best JBL Speaker on the market talking into acount price / power. Cheers

The problem with the so so called ultimate their is no TWS you need wifi to pair them its the worst idea and engineering possible by JBL I buy only JBL except these keep your 1000 much louder and better
