XD 1) Hearing that he's with a bunch of interns and teaching them personally. 2) Seeing Dr. Cox actually saying such nice words to an intern. 2.5) The pencil thing (nothing to do with what Dr. Cox is with). 3) Knowing the person's name is Leslie, when he keeps calling JD "newbie". 4) Dr. Cox wearing the same clothes as another.
