Mate, maybe you will know. Im looking for a movie. In some part of the movie, the chick gets stuck in a bathroom in the middle of nowhere (I think it was a highway) And for a big part of the movie she stays there. I think she starts to alucinate Do you know the movie?

I'm not 100% sure but it sounds like either Identity (2003) or Knock at the Cabin (2023). Hope that helps!
