I hope one of the Michelin Star board’s attributes is that you’re a culinary genius and know exactly how to prepare it you do. A genio is mind that comes up with the ideas and how to perfect it. Absolutely phenomenal job, chef. I would eat your food as much as I could if I wasn’t so far away.

You are so right , there is in France ( because we are arrogant as hell ) A presigious diploma called " Meilleurs ouvrier de France " witch is a badass diploma that you have to get to become "GOD" ! This is why some French chefs where the french colors arround they're neck ..... And white for the rest HAHA ...You can be god culinary speaking

I don't doubt that this tastes good but this is literally just scrambled eggs, presented in a way that makes it difficult to eat, and topped with caviar which the chef's skills have nothing to do with.

Why are people roasting JG, the egg caviar has helped make him successful, I don't see a problem with it. Whatever works for him

I like how he hanged on to the spoon with the residual caviar. This is the boss in action performing like a salesman , but then all successful people are good salesman. He has my upmost respect. Would definitely be a privilege to dine in one of his restaurants spread all over the world.
