His smile in the end, so... I don´t know... He has something intrigant, looks so intelligent. After watch this interview, you're wondering another question, a convesation with him. I think he's adorable, and so damn hypnotic.

J-LG actually responds to the questions, answers them, even when they're repetitive (about criticism) or prurient (about Brigitte Bardot). Touching to see him submit to the interviewer as he does, accept the terms of the exercise, and do it with good grace.

I get the feeling that whoever wrote the subtitles did a damn good job not getting the statements and feelings lost in translation.

Great interview. I love his comments on film vs TV... today the same can be said for film and TV vs. streaming and online content. Doesn't matter what medium it is, as long as you are telling a story and sharing it with an audience, it's all good.

the question about whether bardot enjoys taking off her clothes: ???? why would that even occur as a question to ask???

Even in an interview with Godard, there's a phone ringing while somebody is speaking...

I think the interviewer is very good, especially if you compare him to interviewers today. He doesn't seem intimidated.

Wow, he totally changed his views on television. Over the years he has become increasingly hostile to television (rightly so) and it is interesting here that he doesn't have much to say, because of the relative newness of television.
