The sketch is about a stand-up comedian who lacks material, and relies on the same shop-worn catch-phrase to mask her lack of creativity and insight. The purpose of a stand-up comedian is to "get started" with the comedy and the laughs, not rely on a brick wall and repeated tropes about all the material she would deliver except, "Don't get me started, don't even get me started." Kind of like the repetitive tropes you invoke to criticize Trump. But thanks for posting the video.

A lot of people, and I mean a LOT of people, they're trying to get started. Like Ron De Sanctimonious, he's trying, folks. He's trying. But HE can't get started. Nikki Haley, who I liked, I did like her, she's against me now... I guess loyalty means nothing to her. But look at her? She isn't EVEN getting started. And then there's Chris Christie [hold for boos]. Yes, I know, Chris Christie. Another traitor. Another one. And he's trying to get started. He's trying. But maybe if it was a breakfast buffet he's get started, you know? [hold for applause] Yeah, if he gets started at that buffet, he'll be like...he'll be like Mick Jagger. If you start him up, folks, he'll never stop. Never. But his campaign? Can't get started.
