Definitely agree. Though, it's up to you @adison. If you prefer the easier level so you can focus on viewer interaction more, I can respect that. But now that you've started learning the basics, you really are going to find before long that Story Mode is too easy for you to really engage with the intensity of what's happening. On Jedi level you will fail and die from time to time, but that's part of the experience and learning / improving. It makes your successes that much sweeter! This game is somewhat based on the Dark Souls formula (and that "git gud" mentality) but not quite as punishing because at least it gives you those difficulty options to choose from.

I will say I haven't played uncharted yet but there is definitely a lot of climbing in this game for sure! -Adison
