Been a long time subb. To both channels, i feel for you Natt on the breaker bar breaking "no phun intended" 3/8 drive. i went and spent $$ on a 1/2" drive & socket(6pt) for lugs. Because its part of my rig repair setup.

Is there a solution that could have let you just keep climbing? Bead locks, those insane double bead locks on and more drastically air down a more aggressive tire? Just curious how one would tackle just a bit more of the traction problems. Great to see you in my neck of the woods and with @dirtlifestyle !

Just an idea that might make it easier to start a fire, I usually bring at least one duraflame log for every night I am going to be in the woods camping. This things are super easy to start and usually last 4 hours and will help to ignite other logs. They are about 3-4 bucks at just about any grocery or outdoors store.

When the Disco got stuck by the log and engaged lockers and crawled right out.... thats why I love lockers over lifts as one of the first mods on my off road builds.

Loved the video! Grew up with the Olympics 30m drive from my house. Had to move to the Midwest for a few years and I’ve been missing it. Definitely a place you can get lost in for a good day or two depending on which side you enter from.

Your footage of Alabama Hills was awesome. With the Sierra Crest in the background. Mt. Whitney... the tallest peak in the lower 48 States. Death Valley, 50 miles away to the southeast. The lowest point in the 48 States. 400+ feet below sea level. 175 meters???

Shaun you and Nate should come over to Kelowna and Hang with the KELOWNA SNOW WHEELERS. They have a 8-10 day Snow Camping and wheeling trip usually just before easter. The snow can be up to 20 ft deep but this year is likely around 5-10 ft. They have rigs on 467-54 inch tires with big blocks to make the french fries fly ( french fries are from the special sipes cut into the Mickey Thompson and TSL bogger tires) You can always find a ride along as the group is large and a lot of driver only trucks. IT WILL BLOW YOUR AND YOUR READERS MINDS. CHEERS Steve h.

Oh man so much fun! I've come to severely dislike digging in icy snow with my Maxtracks, good back up but the shovel feels like luxury after that. I wonder how the Method beadgrip rims are vs the Teraflex rims which also have some "beadgrip" design?
