It WAS worth making the video, helped out a lot! I was watching another video on TJ blower resistor replacement & after several WTF moments, realized not all TJs are the same! Mine's a '99, and your video was what I needed! Thanks!

Same problem here, another video had a completely different resistor and I was looking forever trying to find it when I thought it was different.

NEVER think you're not helping just because your video seems to simple. I had the same problem with my 2000 TJ and your video was great! I'm not mechanically inclined at all, but with help from kind people like you, we "the challenged" can DIY too! Thanks for your assist, fan is back blowing on all speeds!

It was worth making the video! It's the only one I found that worked for my '99 TJ. I'm a novice ,so if it doesn't look the same in my car as it does in the video, I'm lost. Yours explained why all the other videos had direct access, but I faced a wall of black plastic! Thanks!

While the repair is very straightforward, you saved me the search... in the cold. Thanks!!

It may seem like a trivial video to you but it helps us others that have racked our brains trying to troubleshoot our own Jeep issues. Thx for the video

Thanks for this video. This helped a lot. Replaced mine in about 20 mins from start to finish. And my resistor looked about the same.

Thanks for your video. I would have not attempted this myself until I saw your video. I did exactly what you said and now all my fan speeds work!

Changed out mine and without his video I wouldn't have been able to do it.

Thanks for making this video. I ordered the resistor pack from Amazon.com. Upon receiving the resistor pack, I found a video that showed replacing the exact same part as what I received. However, mine was not located where video showed. Ended up coming across you excellent video and showed where mine was located and that the part Amazon sent me was wrong. Don't not make videos just because others are out there. You stopped my frustration. Now hopefully mine is bad. Thanks again.

I know we've never met, but I love you! There is nothing worse than feeling like a dumb girl and having to ask for help. With your video I ask no one and fix it myself! Thank you!

Thanx mahnly! Great 'regular guy' vid. I agree it's an easy fix & stuff, but it saves me a climb-up knowing I need to bring down a 5/16"socket or wrench. ;) I've put this fix off a few months & now even the "high" setting doesn't work. No fan @ all. Hope I didn't do more damage by procrastinating...
