I got the code p0340 wiggled the connector. Erased the code started right up. Yes I’ll get a new one put it in the tool bag, find out how much the crank sensor is and place that in my tool bag along with the correct socket. I got lucky I was at doctors when it wouldn’t start 20 miles from home.

That crank sensor will be a pain to change on the side of the road!

Hey Major, question on one of our 99 XJs. The dome light comes on when rear doors open but not the front doors. Ever see this? Thanks, God bless you and yours In Jesus Name my friend! And Merry Christmas!

I've never seen this bit should be easy to diagnose. See if u can take one of the door jam switches out and connect the wire to ground if it just one wire or connect the 2 wires together. Got to trace back after if not working. There is a connection way under the dash that works both front doors but would be rare if that's issue. Usually it's door jam switches. The Comanche I'm working on now has 2 bad switches. MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family also!
