I like Buddhism, but I don’t identify with either. Grew up with religion. I think it’s important to know you’re put on this earth to learn about your soul to make peace and grow by learning to have compassion towards yourself. Don't get me wrong however... we're on the same side regarding Christianity, as I view it along with other religions as poisonous blood cult and would prefer to live in a world with no faith at all, however this guy was simply recognizing the undeniable issues with organized religion. The faith one follows is irrelevant if they're capable of opening their eyes to the detrimental effects that blindly following has, which is something he demonstrated quite eloquently. TheDisruptedMind Why give up on faith if 75% of the world in poverty. Churches are a good thing because there the most charitable to the poverty. It gives people hope and strength. We live in a world where this is the practice world into the next one. Shouldn't people have a second chance in a new world. Especially the poverty. Wealth distribution is not idealistic at all but wrong because there's people still living under a dollar a day.

Ronald Dinoso It's still false hope though. Granted who knows, it's unlikely but perhaps there is a heaven and a hell. However more than likely when we die that'll be the end of it, and in the end that person would have spent their life chasing a rainbow only to find no pot of gold at the end of it. I personally find living and dying in false hope, viewing this precious life as only practice like you said, to be one of the most tragic things imaginable. I find it even more tragic that some people, not centering anything at you don't misunderstand me, only give to charity or help the poor because of a sense of moral obligation.
