4tbsp water
200gm cream cheese
100gm sugar ( or powder sugar)
100gm greek yogurt ( or plain yogurt)
1tsp vanilla
150gm whipped cream

200gm Strawberry jelly mix powder
10gm gelatin

It's a really soft jelly cheesecake with yogurt in it. I think the texture of Stoberry's jelly would be great! I should learn baking from my friend's recipe!
