I've seen so many of you going back and leaving comments on old videos to help me with the YT algorithm, so 1) THANK YOU, it's super kind and I feel really touched literally every time I see someone do it, and 2) it seems to really be helping! Over the past week or so my overall numbers have been going up in a very encouraging way.
One of the most-requested compilation ideas was light triggers, so that's what I have for you today. Three of my most popular intense eye exam/follow the light/light trigger videos, back-to-back. (I decided not to include the eye light resiliency ones because they are relatively recent, and because I think it makes more sense to do a compilation further down the road after Phase 3 comes out.)
