QUESTION BASED ON INTERVIEW → What’s your experience with dairy allergies? Do you just have an issue with cow milk? Or do you also have a goat milk allergy?

I ate lots of cheese and ended up with milk and casein allergy lol didn’t help me any eating a lot of it

Very helpful interview! I have an IgE moderate allergy to cow’s milk and eggs with an EpiPen. It also shows up as an IgG reaction/sensitivity. A question I would have is can an IgE allergy cause inflammation in your body that shows up on a blood test? I haven’t been real consistent in elimination because no one said it was that serious to me; other than providing an EpiPen in case I need it. I eliminated them for awhile and didn’t see any reactions in my body. My functional medicine doc is now doing a comprehensive food sensitivity test due to the inflammation in my body. I am gluten free as well. Feel like I can’t eat anything normal anymore!

...hello respected doctor ! Sir ! What if a person is allergic to milk and he is also vegetarian , how will that person get his daily dose of calcium and protein if he decides to stop consuming milk and milk products for good ??? Plz reply.
