I love getting older. My life is the best it has been! Getting older is a blessing. Aging on the other hand has some changes that we all want to avoid or slow down. So, we do what's practical to stay fit and healthy. Mind set is every thing to. There area that I want to improve is sleep. Oh to get 8 hours again! I'm 61.

It has been proven a long time ago that you have to drink a bucket of wine to get more or less enough resveratrol, but the detrimental effect will be of no comparison. Drink 0 alcohol. 0.

For 2 years I've been trying to get help with my wild, painful, ugly skin rash--only on one side of the face. I was told repeatedly that it was just rosacea. Yes, I have had rosacea for many years and it wasn't that bad. No treatments helped except for cortisone cream--but it came back worse after 5 months. Finally, a new dermatologist finally found that I have a T-cell lymphoma because of a cyst which wasn't a cyst-it is a tumor. I'm just at the beginning so I don't know what type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma but I'm hoping I haven't gone too long before finding out what I really have. So far no lymph nodes have been found to be involved. Thank you for presenting this!!!

Wondering if taking berberine can also be helpful for those that are in the later stages of TSW? Most of my symptoms are gone but my natural face and neck colour hasn't returned and I've been pink/red since my journey started.

I really don't know as it was specifically formulated for women. My guess would be no since hormonal issues are different in women vs men but you could always contact them and ask

Bit off topic. I just read about the mechanism of minoxidil and there was a part mentioning that minoxidil opens up the potassium channels which helps the hairs to become strong again. I wonder if potassium deficiency could play a big role in hair loss/skin problems.

for someone who has a “masters degree” in nutrition this is not a good look. the upper tolerable level for histamine is about 200-400 mg. total bigenic amines, no more than 1,000-1,200 mg. This applies to EVERYONE. for perspective, levels of histamine and biogenics should not exceed 0.00004% and 0.0001% respectively. it is possible with more research, these numbers may be too low. even if they are higher, say 2-3x higher, the number is still frightening low given the fact that most ppl eat about 1 million mgs of food per day. Moreover, chronic stress, even mild daily irritations, can sensitize your mast cells to release histamine faster and faster and in greater amounts over several years. It’s why most of us begin to develop “health issues”beginning in our late 40s, early 50s. Ever wonder why so many ppl on carnivore diets are reclaiming their health? Most likely because of the preciptious drop in gut histamine. By the way, bananas + strawberries + 90% of all fruits & veg have been selectively breed and are NOT healthy for us because they are predominantly “inflammatory”. Sure they have fiber, quercetin, vits + mins BUT you have to careful of the total dose of histamine day to day. So a banana may or may not help.

Yes, absolutely blood sugar optimization and regulation will help in general lower inflammation and support healthy skin from the inside out. In addition, it will help support natural hormonal balance, steady energy and so much more.

Thank you for this video. I've had HS for 18 years now and have become stage 3 and disabled and bedridden for 5 years now. Ive had 4 large excision surgeries for my HS just this year. And I have 3 or 4 more surgeries to go to completely free my body from this. The pain from surgery the first few days is so much more painful than my HS so much so thet after every surgery I do start to regret the surgery for a couple days when doing my dressing changes for the wound. But after time the surgery hurts less and the HS gets better. Its been exactly a year since my first surgery now and I have not had a flare up in any of the previous surgical sites yet. Surgery works and i wished I had done it sooner to avoid being immobile and disabled for so long. But it is very painful and scary. I hope to work on my microbiome once the HS is completely gone with the help of the biologics and steroids I'm on. Thank you for sharing this information.
