I am taken back by all the comments on how rude the lady worker was. I thought she was direct and clear. Although not a ray of sunshine, she did need to be clear to all the kids so that the product was protected. As you can clearly see, her attitude had no affect on Jennifer's experience. The price was clearly posted as 40 cents a letter so I knew long beforehand how much this would be. I hope everyone who visits Niagara Falls has a chance to visit Ripley's wax museum on Clifton hill.

customer service is still a must when dealing with customers. I don't care how much a customer doesnt listen, there is no excuse for rudeness. I have found in my 20 years of service that kindness and a smile can help someone listen. Obviously this woman doesn't not like her job and doesn't enjoy anything about it. she should be behind a desk not dealing with the public.

She should have told her for writing it's 40 cents each letter when the girl asked, and not waited till she started filling out the paper. Plus that lady acted a little rude if you ask me.

I don't think the lady was rude at all, she was doing her job to get people through the line, she just wasn't very sociable. Maybe she was having a bad day.

She could have made your daughter have a more plesent experience with a friendlier attitude. This is after all a memory for your child she should have at least been friendly not robotic

I wouldn't say the Lady was rude, just extremely unfriendly. When you work in public you should be friendly and do your best to make the customers feel comfortable. She was almost forceful when dipping the girls hand. I guess it does get repetitive and boring for the sales associate, but this should be a fun memory for the customer. Not just something that's felt rushed. As long as the girl and her family were happy then that's all that matters though.

While the lady could have been nicer, they deal with people all day who don't do exactly what they say and ruin the entire hand. I've never met anyone who does this who is overly nice about it because they do get tired of dealing with people who don't pay attention all day. Or people they tell the price of something who doesn't listen then gets angry when its not the price they wanted it to be. So it may seem rude but if they don't give people idiot directions there's ALWAYS going to be someone that messes everything up. Usually its nothing personal.

Before I even read any comments I kept thinking that the lady was snappy and just not pleasant. I mean if you watch her she even slammed the wax stirrers in the buckets. And I also think she should've been more clear on the prices of the lettering prices. Anyway, if you're gonna be working in customer service you need to be pleasant and nice to people...just saying.

I just went to the wax museum a week or so ago when I was staying in Niagara it was were cool I thing everyone should go there even if you font get a wax hand it's still fun to watch the make the hands

The worker was a bit rude! I get that she dealt with people all day and some people especially kids do not listen all the time but at the same time it's her job. No matter what you should never be rude to customers after all it's why you still have a job.
