Mr. B pursued a career in education to be a role model to kids of color, and he keeps his classroom stocked with snacks and hygiene products to help students in need. He’s a true role model. The average teacher wouldn’t have done the bare minimum to keep their kids interested in school. Especially now there’s a teacher shortage. He looks amazing, and it’s amazing to see a guy like me spreading happiness and joy in the education system!

I've been teaching for 34 years and I was sounding just like this young man fact was I 22 years old. What blessed me is that the kids look at me as an uncle or a father figure, now some of the students look at as a grandpa😂. the relationship part of it with the students and parents is very important. And it's rewarding in the end. I look at him and I see myself.
