Jennifer Sey, World champion gymnast who blew the whistle on the abuses in the world of gymnastics faced tremendous pushback until a decade later was vindicated, marked by her winning an Emmy for Athlete A, a documentary of the abuses of Dr. Larry Nassar. Soon after she faced tremendous pushback for her calling out the unfair, draconian measures children faced during the pandemic. She was let go from her Job as Brand President of Levi's Strauss and Co, giving up a million dollar severance so she could keep her voice. Her voice, is obviously way more valuable than that and in this interview she makes that clear.
