Never,most of my coworkers and my boss wants my failure,to suffer, that's the hard thing working inside a public university institution,Most Dean's, Professor have high I.Q. but little E.Q. if a dean is an old maid, old gayI tell you most of them are heartless, stern, stingy,when you're just a clerk and they don't like you because your a smart dresser,or your not ugly, and if they think your not on their expectations or their level some many Dean's, prof will be mean, all what their talking is about their achievement,money,loans they brag and mentioned names they knew as if they owner of the public University.. The spoiled bitch clerks acting so intelligent will say nasty rumor's to destroy the honest clerks. The good thing when I told to a much higher authorities what is happening to me they called the university and reprimanded them in their ways and lack of integrity the results is good they cannot bully me because I knew I also have a hidden ability.they are astounded.tbey cannot push me around I'm not hater for the past 9 years working with them many teachers Deans prof are boring and corny and you will really grow old because I discovered their true attitude

But as the almighty would have it, I ended the spell. All thanks to God and his powerful prophet. Never you doubt the power of spells. This wonderful prophet of God has helped a lot of people. He has broke so many free from the power of spells(which includes myself), he has restored so many broken marriages, helped so many get back their spouses, he has cure so many people fro different kinds of disease, helped people stop masturbation etc. He has and would continue helping people. I always try to do so much and i care so much about my job, and am very hardworking and reliable. i have self esteem issues and i overthink a lot so it is very hard to feel like im recognized, truly valued, or like im actually good enough. i think one thing i need to also try is to have a positive outlook on myself. and one of my favourite strategies you listed was about how we carry ourselves, how we speak, how we present ourselves, etc. i really need to work on that, especially since i lack confidence and have been disrespected. i did get promoted recently, which makes me so happy. i have things i need to reflect on and improve on, especially with confidence and learning to be more assertive and strong.

One thing I noticed about the difference between a great worker versus an average worker, versus a inconsistent worker and versus just a bad employee is that the great worker knows how to take criticism and totally transform that. A bad worker will pretty much do the bare minimum and they’re not even great at doing that, Another key difference is with bad workers. You constantly have to talk to them before they do whatever the task is correctly.

My manager is an ass he always walks out of his office he stays in majority of the day then stands there watching us all work then he come too me the most cause I was new and tell me how to do things faster even though we were doing all right and none of the other employees had an issue with my work ethic some saying I’ve done better then other new guys. This manger never looked happy either the other manager would ask how I was doing how the job was going and give me friendly tips to help me out but not this one manager. I’ve seen this too.. but in the long run this back fires. if you see it, others do too and one day the people who are authentic win whether it’s somewhere else or just the respect of others by holding this value. And there are fantastic leaders who see through this and you’ll probably get to work with them.
@anonanonymous1970 Жыл бұрын
@@Melanie____ I used to think that. I don't anymore. My last co-worker who did nothing and I had to pick up her slack was favored by the boss and now has a new job she is totally unqualified for. This woman has made a career of sucking up. Meanwhile, I am now unemployed.

I wish I can start over at my work. Ugh. I came in cocky/judgmental and ended up gossiping. It is hard to stand out on the evening shift, really, no one works hard. They sit around. So it's hard to praise others. So I need to just smile and say good job a lot I guess.
@ryans413 Жыл бұрын
My tips stop the cockiness and gossip and work harder. Those guys that stand around will soon look bad after the bosses notice your working and they aren’t. Be friendly even if the person dose not like you. When I go too work I don’t gossip it’s a bad thing too doo I always find something too so if it’s slow it’s better then standing around even if it sweeping a floor reorganizing the tools like I don’t know what you do for work but show everyone your better more a less. It’s not a mean thing it’s the right thing

But hey at least I’m pretty good with Excel. Edit: oh and I also have a reputation for not responding to messages and emails, and not responding to my fair share of emails in my team’s shared inbox, forcing others to pick up the slack.
