kinda weird that the guy that hit larkin in the back of the head skated away, the guy checking on larkin gets cross checked in the head, then the guy that hit larson comes back and waves for help
@f-twelve71555 ай бұрын
You’re right on the Joseph part, the guy getting cross-checked by Perron literally had nothing to do with Larkin’s incident. Just Perron taking on the wrong guy, Kelly is the one actually injuring Larkin even though his move was accidental compared to Joseph who just threw a punch in the back of the head.

Knowing the history of neck injuries for Larkin and the tragedies Larkin and his wife have already experienced recently makes me so sad. He can not catch a break. First his child dies, then he gets sent to the hospital from a dirty hit to the neck/head

It must be such a bad feeling for these players when they go for a normal check and end up turning someone’s lights out. They don’t want to hurt each other, just push each other around a bit.
@jacobw96475 ай бұрын
"a normal check" is effectively punching someone in the head?
@mdurham21372 ай бұрын
That’s the case with some of them. Larkin got cross checked in the back of the head. I don’t think the intention was to hurt him but the guy who did it was completely careless.

The leafs Knights play. Play is being stopped once possession changes.. maybe they could give the trainers a head start by halving the ice but maybe just too much and I'm guessing there's serious situations where it's just stopped. Just a thought. Good to see some of these help from the boys moments. Takes a good bit of gaul to pick yourself up sometimes and sometimes a little bit more of the grace of The Lord. Get well soon, Dylan.

Leafs had and then lost the puck. Knights exited their own zone and had a shot on goal all After the Leafs player was clearly hit and badly injured… terrible from the refs to not stop it at any point

I hate seeing players get hurt just as much as next person. It's horrible to see and I'm sure the injured players are in a world of pain. It most likely stinks for them because they won't be able to play for a while or will be out of the rest of the season if the injury was that bad. I'm also sure the players at fault feel horrible because they didn't mean to injure, but someone ended up getting hurt. However, as exemplified in the second clip, I love seeing hockey players showing sportsmanship. The Oilers player apologizing and/or wishing TJ Oshie a full and speedy recovery is amazing to see. I saw other replay clips of the first one and a Senators player started waving for the Red Wing's doctor/physical therapist once he realized the Red Wings player was hurt. Here's hoping all of these players and any other players who may not have been covered in this video are able to recover quickly and fully so they can get back on the ice.

That is one of the reasons I watch these videos. Seeing players try to help the injured player regardless of team is just amazing to me.

Everytime there’s a scuffle and players all falling over each other I just dread a skate is going to Nick someone neck, players need to wear neck protection, it’s just a matter of time before it happens and it’s fatal in the NHL, the elite league in the UK just seen a player (former nhl player) die because of the same thing, someone’s life shouldn’t be taken before the league and players wisen up and protect their necks from blades.

Incorrect. Joseph was trying to box him out, Larkin fell into Kelly. Several doctors have pointed out that Larkin could have been knocked out by something wrong with his neck. However, Perron's punishment is more deserved than anything Joseph got.

I can’t post what I want to say because of KZfaq’s pussy comment rules and shit. But let me tell you something, Joseph’s gonna get every bit of the ass beating he’s got coming when we play these goons again. That’s all else I got to say. And go look up the Todd Bertuzzi sucker punch on Steve Moore as example. Exact shades of that fiasco except here’s a chance at Larkin returning relatively soon.
