How tf do you get a C shaped scar on your chest, a part of the body that can't significantly modify shape, from a very straight saw. Gonna go ahead and doubt on this one, and if it's a story he told you when you were young then im guessing he was just being trying to fascinate or hide that it was from a medical procedure or something similar.
