I bet if its not somethjign like Happy Birthday, but rather a proper Scottish bagpipe tune, that he can play them just fine. and it doesn't take a lot of wind, you just need to keep the bag inflated, and your elbow provides the air pressure into the pipe and drones

This turned from a wholesome treat wherein one will wish his group of friends will do what May and Hammond did to the point where they shared the same sentiment Clarkson had at the end. But I'll still wish my friends would do this for me and I'd do it for them too.
