I do not remember the exact date, but this video was originally uploaded in 2016, I believe. It fits in the line of the recent upload/re uploads of videos that differentiate only in the presence or absence of Ambience. Hope you enjoy, have a good night. The only other one on the channel contained ambience (falling leaves). www.paypal.com/paypalme/geytkeypur Goodnight! 😴

Before the old channel went down this was the specific video of Streets of Whiterun I'd play, and the snowy video makes it perfect for the winter time.

Yeah, I really don't know how I forgot about this one. But I'm really glad that someone reminded me thanks again for your comment, and yes, the winter time timing is quite ironic 🤗

Ooh, the memories...both from the game as well as this specific video, listening to the song when I was working or doing anything other than playing the game. Watching that building in the snow always brought me comfort and peace...a feeling of coziness, imagining myself there... Thank you once more, Geyt. 🙏

Hey, We think similar: I always imagine myself in the upstairs of a place like windhelm's tavern, all cozy and hearing a fireside story. The credit goes to Jeremy Soule for creating such a "warming" track. Thanks for commenting that. That was beautiful, and we appreciate it

This was my wedding song. Not the song everyone else heard but the song in my head that day. I love this song, it's so emotional 💕

It might seem like these videos are just reposting someone else's music, so you wouldn't usually think of this kind of content as "transformative." But there's something about this channel specifically that adds something indefinable - maybe it's a genuine understanding of the material, or an appreciation for the "soule" of the music. Whatever it is, these videos always make the experience of the soundtrack more profound, somehow. If anyone needs evidence for why allowing people to share art in the public domain isn't always negative, and why platforms like KZfaq need to cut back on the heavy-handed micromanaging of people's self-expression, supposedly to "protect artists" (more like their pocketbook), they don't need to look any further.

I am very grateful for your comment. My wife and I both. I really appreciate that thorough and detailed explanation. I wish more people thought like you but in the meantime I appreciate you being here and listening to the music. And I'm very thankful for Jeremy Soule for composing.

Oh wow, this was the video that got me hooked on everything you uploaded then and continue to upload today. I think I came across it in about 2017 and listened to it near non-stop on headphones at my dull desk job. The later version with falling leaves was also great, but like others have said, there's something about the snow and the building (Shirakawa-go, yes?) that completes the vibe. Thank you for uploading this again.

Oh, bless you! You have no idea I have been looking for the original source that I took the clip from and I never could find it! I knew it was Japan but never could remember the specifics like the channel. But, Yes, that's the village. Now I just have to find the channel. I know I can narrow it down since I have the name. You're the best!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Your uploads were my soundtrack while I was writing my novel, often looping each one for days at a time while I tried to find the words to match the emotion of the music. The Streets of Whiterun was always a favorite. I looped it while writing a scene where two characters meet again after a year apart -- a bittersweet moment where they were happy to see each other but too changed by their time apart for anything to be like it was before. Thanks for bringing it back. :)

All credit to Jeremy Soule: very few times have I heard a song that was wintery, not Christmas, and still conveyed such a warm feeling of coziness, getting together, and good times despite the weather. I was just reminiscing on my Skyrim nostalgia today. I may start another game
