Sounds amazing! Like we're going back in time and able to hear what this music sounds like with modern recording technology. The old recordings certainly have that old timey "sepia" flavored audio quality, but it's nice to hear what the music sounded like in the room back then. This recording like a time machine taking us back to the past in person. Awesom!

Si alguien habla español me explique este tipo de music parece folclórica, pero me gusta mucho este estilo!! Me parece genial

It's called "Hillbilly Boogie"... It combined some Jazz and Western and Popular music. If you can, see if you're able to grab the "Country Cabin Jazz" album... Jimmy Bryant and Speedy West. INCREDIBLE recordings!

Super tight group. Wakefield is bad, but that fiddle player is also cold as ice. I like how he goes ahead and hits that juicy little riff twice for good measure at 1:20. Badass.

Speedy must have worn a dress , and with the cover on the front of the steel no one could see his skinny legs...

That panel on the front gives it a furniture quality.

Yes... Those front panels were really The Thing back in the late 40s and into the 50s.
