people who don't bodybuild will not understand what bodybuilding is for a lot of people and that its way more than building muscle and such. for myself and a lot of other people its something that they love and is that therapy. its funny how breaking your body down can slowly heal you.

You work is gonna fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do.

I have been watching your videos for some time now and I just wanted to say thank you. This video has been more than motivational it's been a concept in my mind to live by. When I listen to this while working out. And I feel almost dead and feel like I can't and when the part says "I can't be stop I will not be stopped" I add another 45 And knock those reps fucking out !
