For those of you who still don't get the analogy: If you were to be pushed into a meatgrinder, the moment a single part of your body enters the meatgrinder, there is no escaping it. You already became stuck in it and are suffering from extreme pain. You are going to either die chopped off into tiny meaty slices, or get your half-mangled body stuck in-between the contraption's sets and die from shock, blood loss, exposure and crushing damage. It doesn't kill you instantaneously, but your fate is sealed the moment you enter any part of your body in it. Not dissimilar to a meatgrinder, the Boss Jerma was trying to fight could grab you and chip away at you until you died while you helplessly watched as you saw your body be turned to shreds.
