Jerma archived Zoo Tycoon 2 (The original title of this stream was "Zoo Tycoon 2 (Ultimate Edition, so I am allowed to play today)", and was originally streamed/recorded on November 27th, 2018)

My sister, my friend and I had hundreds of hours in this game and the original. Possibly thousands combined. My friend owned a copy of this game and made discs for us to also play.

i remember getting this pre-owned for my DS that so all of the animals were unlocked and all i ever did was take care of unicorns and dolphins. god do i miss it :(

I'm surprised the DS got a port of this, actually I had no idea the Nintendo DS released as far back as 2004 :o I remembered the DS as being from at leas 2006 or 2007, but you're absolutely right. I'm having a mandela moment lmao

It's a shame I've only just seen that Jerma streamed it 2 weeks ago. I instantly knew he would let lose some animals by the end of the stream though 😁 A make a video about this game like every other day. There's so much content in it, probably played this for 3,000+ hours since I was 10. Guess I'm a Zoo Tycoon 2 youtuber or something. You can do some nifty things with the buildings, biomes and terrain tool so I always find new things to do. The most recent park I have (to celebrate for the holidays) is located in Antarctica and has some Tundra, Alpine and Boreal Forest animals in it. There's some modern parts with Extinct Research going on, an old Inuit fishing town with totem poles and whale hunting, an ancient cavemen part with extinct animals, and it will have a Marine Animals show. The 3 major parts of the zoo are connected via Jeep rides.
