My brother loved this song, He died a Hero in combat this yr, he took a bullet for a civilian. Leaving a 3 month old baby girl, a 11yr old daughter a new wife and brand new house. I play this song for him at the Veterans cemetery, he died for this Flag. God bless all you warriors, ask the Lord Jesus to be your savior before you enter your next battle please. God bless

Rambo is my life... has accompanied me through key moments... this is my ring tone... the John Rambo theme is my alarm theme to get up... My love in real life is a purple star decorated disabled Vietnam veteran... Love you Rambo... May you find peace ♡♡♡

Jerry Goldsmith was a genius.. together with Ennio Morricone, Hans Zimmer and Alan Silvestri he was one of the greatest film music composers of all time.. what a wonderful piece!

Me too...i still remember the first time i watched this movie...back to year 1983 when my father bought a brand new VCR (VHS) and the salesman gave us a video tape to try on our new VCR...Rambo First Blood! My first movie on VCR format!

Thank God I never had to serve in the Military. Although I didn't agree with America's war in Vietnam, nor with Iraq, I respect our soldiers who are doing their duty. Freedom isn't free. The music in First Blood was excellent, and listening to this just now brought goosebumps to my arms. The last 5 minutes of First Blood are, in my humble opinion, some of Sly's best work.

This is beautiful. I was barely 3 when I listened to it and helped me cope with autism. All of Goldsmith's music became my obsession and has been up to this day.

When alone and after an exhausting activity, I play the music repeatedly. It has a calming and relaxing effect. Unluckily, I didn't don the Special Forces uniform when I was in the military as a junior officer back then.

Such a talented maestro! And what a beautiful piece of music here! In a strange way it reminds me of my dad. As a kid we enjoyed watching these action movies together and the music from this one always reminded me of his struggles and his loneliness. Bravo!
