A great admiration for jerry West a wonderful and humble man not only a great player but a great architec he built the 80's Lakers and rebuilt them later on

When I was a kid you were my basketball hero. No one was a better clutch shooter in NBA history. Jerry was a better clutch shooter than Jordan, Kobe, Magic and Bird came close.If I could meet Jerry I would tell him even though he didn't get those other championships which he feels bad about. It wasn't his fault cause it takes more than one man. But as one man you were people compare you to perfection. West is the Best.

I heard stories about Russell's early days, about him wanting to be a Laker in the beginning but Red Aurabach snatched him up quick. Man, if only ....

First pillar should be George Mikan,followed by Elgin Baylor.I’m sure Mr. Clutch himself would agree.

As I die hard Lakers fan, I love seeing the old Lakers get together, it saddens me not see Wilt Chamberlain and now Kobe Bryant, not be there. I have to admit; Bill Russell is one class act...Lakers Nation forever!

West is the Best in clutch shooting is what I wanted to say. No body did it better. People don't realize its harder to make it in the clutch with the game on the line. But he made it time and time again. In the hardest moments he made it. So he is great. Bird I would say is second. But West the Best.
