Oh god. This was just...so beautiful. My favorite types of vids are the ones where I feel like the vid itself works as an essay in favor of the ship. This video just sums up all the reasons why I love them so much; the angst, all the parallels, lingering looks, cute smiles, little stolen moments... It's just so obvious how much effort you've put into this vid! I love the clip placements and the voiceovers, like with the "This is the last weekend I'll spend sitting around like an idiot hoping you'll call" combined with 3x22 and 4x21 - It just kills me, because once he's actively ready to pursue her and really open up to her, she's too scared to trust him again in return. "The way that you laugh at everything that I do" OKAY THIS WAS SO CUTE. I love her little smiles in 2x06 and 2x08, because I do think she's lived a pretty sheltered life and she's just SO amused by him, but doesn't want to say it out loud. I think when she's with him, you see these sparks of personality that you wouldn't otherwise see in Stars Hollow - you do see it with Logan as well later on, but then it kinda feels like she's going overboard with being bad to please him? Jess is just pulling pranks and she thinks it's cute. Sorry, went on a tangent lol. "Maybe if I tell myself enough" - The Jess POV stuff here is just KILLING ME. I love the juxtaposition between him seeing her go off with Dean in S3 and then with Logan in S6, interspersed with some of their happier scenes. It's like his happiness is JUST out of reach and I'M JUST HELLA EMOTIONAL. Also Rory's speech from 4x13...WOW. I just really adore the voiceovers in this vid, especially followed by the "Goodbye Rory" "Goodbye Jess" scene, plus his ILY from 4x13. That 2x21 moment has so much tension IMO, because them saying goodbye to each other just feels like they're saying so much more, and I love that the ILY immediately follows in this vid. AND ALL THOSE PARALLELS OF HIM WALKING AWAY FROM HER. THIS IS SO PAINFUL, BUT THIS IS A PAINFUL SHIP LMAO. But truly, this is just brilliantly edited. "You just have to feel it" // "You know we're supposed to be together" This is really what I was referring to at the start of my comment. They were so CLEARLY written to be endgame, and I just get so emotional with you having laid out all this evidence right in front of us. "Someone who's compatible, but not too compatible" THEY'RE JUST SO PERFECT. I can't decide which section of this vid is my fave, but I've always loved the "Falling around you" bits of this song the most, because it has such a cool crescendo, and I really love the scenes you picked. We didn't get a lot of Literati on the show, but the reason why we ship it (IMO) is because what we did get was more intense than the alternatives, and this showcases it so well. I'm crying, they're both so cute and damaged. "Love, huh?" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH PLEASE MAKE IT STOP. I love that you included that, because he does sound a bit bitter, but he mostly just sounds so sad, because she's the only person he's ever loved and he never quite lives up. SIGH. "Maybe we'll catch up at a better time" YES, WHEN YOU'RE ENDGAME IN THE REVIVAL, PLEASE AND THANK YOU. I feel like that quote is so heavy in the context of their relationship as well - They're just so perfect for each other, but it's never been the right time. And you ended with their last scene...This was just so bittersweet. I really have to agree with you, I truly, truly think this is your best vid. I don't even think it's close. I think you have so many great vids, but I don't know, I can just really feel the passion you had for this project and it just looks as if it was so meticulously curated. I have mad appreciation for this, I just...This is one of my favorite Literati vids EVER. Incredible job, thank you for sharing this with all of us

HOLY CRAP WHAT DID YOU JUST DO TO THE COLLECTIVE PSYCHE OF THE WORLD?! I THINK YOU JUST MADE A GIGANTIC HOLE IN ALL OUR BRAINS IN THE PLACE WORDS AND COHERENT THOUGHTS COME FROM!!! Seriously, I do not know what to say. You pretty much captured EVERY beautiful and painful thing that I love about these two!! I loved all the voice overs you used and I very nearly died at the "Maybe we'll catch up at a better time" part!! The way it lined up with the lyric of the song...I can't. YES THEY ARE GOING TO CATCH UP IN A COUPLE DAYS AND THEY ARE GOING TO END UP ALL HAPPY AND STUFF!! *THAT MUST BE THE WAY OF IT!!!* lol okay, I am sorry for my stupidly excited comment, but you really did render me incapable of articulating myself. Suffice to say, this was gorgeous, and you should be really proud of the art you created and the justice you paid to a top notch pairing! Lovely work hun!

This is beautiful and as a non viewer for the majority of this show, I am utterly disappointed by how the revival treated this beautiful ship, this is one of the best videos for these two I have seen and your use of voiceovers with the scene selection at those voiceovers is SUPERB!

This is BEAUTIFUL. The song is so fitting and your use of voiceovers is FLAWLESS - you didn't overdo it but used it enough to fit the purpose of your vid. AAAND LL THE PARALLELS WITH JESS/RORY LEAVING AND THE OTHER STANDING THERE ALONE KILLED ME LIKE THE ANGST WHORE I AM. As I told you on Twitter SUPER RUDE to end with "maybe we'll catch up at a better time" but also that better time better be the revival or I'm going to kill everyone tbh.
