Don't you think they have just replaced Bielsa with a lower grade Bielsa, makes little sense to me

@@19aries81 I don’t see it like that, Bielsa wasn’t making any changes to a team getting spanked every week. I think Jesse will build on the foundations of Bielsa so it’s not a drastic change, whilst having more of a Klopp approach. Changes in defence is key after letting 61 goals in, we’ll see, people doubted Bielsa and look what he has done. MOT 💙

@@AllLeedsTV hope your correct but judging by this video no changes are coming as he is almost a carbon copy of bielsa when it comes to defence, this is the key area we have been flawed in, man to man marking has been a disaster for us, it will be interesting to see if he can do it and hope he dose get something out of them Bielsa was not, but I think this is a stab in the back and a welcome to the Championship

Very nice, he's the opposite of Greg Berhalter (USMNT manager) who likes to hold on to the ball and press up high

great analysis, thanks. imo, jesse marsch is a *top* -top-class manager...truly a soccer genius. lol, i wish he was our national team coach, but he is more suited for the day-to-day challenges and excitement of a club manager. can't wait to see what he and brenden aaronson can do the rest of this season!

Could you please explaing the meaning of rest defence? Rangnick used this term quite a lot in his seminars. Its probably one of those technical German football phrases that probably got lost in translation for me since its not used in English. Thank you!

I really like his tactics but his team's are very susceptible to the counter attack. At least from what I've seen in the UCL and Europa. I can't tell if this is because of his System or because of the superior oppositon players quality. If he came to England I feel counter attacking teams could expose him. Unless he buys super fast defenders and cdm

the problem of this is that leeds defenders push too far away from our half of the pitch and English players get use to pass long balls to the opposition half of the pitch for counter attacks!!! And then leeds united defenders often behind the opposition strikers and it is impossible for our defenders to defend!!! So we end up lose 3 to 5 goals every game and give our strikers a mountain to climb in every game!!!! Therefore, for premier league level English football, the defender position in Jesse 's module needs urgent adjustment, the attack players are strikers, Medfielders, and wingers, the deference players have to stay within our half of the pitch to prevent long ball attacks all the time please 🙏
