But you can't be humble and arrogant at the same time because those are opposite things. Him thinking he could have won every olympia just talks about how confident he is. Man jay used to seem so depressed back when he was competing, he would drag his bag around the gym and never looked happy. He looks happy here, he gets to spread is knowledge to guys who look up to him. He’s more humble and happy looking. Good job Jay.

I think some guys just dont know how good it is until its over. You have to remember this dude dedicated every damn second to this dream and when the result is 2nd place it can get hard. He overcame that and now is doing something i think he never thought was possible.

Crazy that he's been able to stay in such good shape still compared to Ronnie Coleman. Both were juicing to the walls. He's lucky he was able to not get a heavy injuries or heart issues.
