Great video. I used different lights they are just round amber LEDs. The “add a fuse” tap was a new piece for me so that made the wiring super simple, went to the fuel pump fuse so they work as extra day time running lights. 7 lights in the same row you used. Thanks again.

Love the video, question: I’ve seen different videos with people stating different fuses for the add a fuse. I just bought a kit that came with 2 5 amp fuses, but you mention a 15 on top and 10 on the bottom. I’m really confused about this. Hoping you can set the record straight. Thanks again

*PROBLEMS I HAD* 1. I had to use sand paper on both vertical sides of the outside 2 lights, they wouldn’t fit in the gaps of the grill. Took 1/8th inch off each side of the 2 lights. 2. Was only able to snap 2 of the 3 clips back on the fuse box because there isn’t an opening to feed the wires through to the box. 3. If you assemble the grill too, the lock washers that go on the sensor need opened up a little with needle nose pliers before they’re put on. Had to throw pipe dope over top of them to keep them from slipping off. 4. Taking the factory grill off in the beginning & trying to pull out the 12 or so tabs is a 100% guaranteed pain in the ass. 5. Had to sandwich a washer in between the sensor & grill on the top screw hole connecting the sensor to the grill. Got a sensor error without it because the sensor sits too low to read anything. Great grill just a pain in the ass install.

So, with the fuse add the wires from the new fuse hang over the fuse box. And you can’t close the box without crushing it.

what fuse is that ? i have a 2000 tacoma that ima install the lights on i did it on my 2014 cherokee but i had to tap into the lighter fuse since that was the only one that didnt have running power after turning the car off. soooooo what fuse is that ? lol. headlights?

You mentioned 10A h-LP RH-LO, My 1st gen sequoia doesn’t have those exact numbers in my fuse box. The closest I see is 15A h-LP RH. Is that the one I am looking for? Ordered the grill and kit combo I gave into peer pressure.

When you set the lights up in the wide 4 pattern, did you have to use a Dremel to fit the two outside lights? I was going to set mine up like that and the lights on the end wouldn't fit. Needed a little bit cut out to fit right. It's also an aftermarket TRD grill, not the factory one.

which fuse if i want to light up 24/7 when the engine on? the one u showed only if i turned on the headlight..

Basically, the add fuse sticks out to the left, blocking the fuse box from closing. Cannot close fuse box without crushing the fuses I just installed. Help?

So you did an add-a-fuse plug into the fuse box? Seems like the water proofing is gone and the wire is getting pinched. I recommend getting it hardwired to the DRL's.
