Jessie just left her label PNation in July 2022 . She didn't renew her contract after 3 years. Although she was in talks with some record companies, she is not under any label at the moment. Word is she wants to create her own label. Boy, if she was with SM she would definitely be a unicorn as SM has a slightly different profile in artists and are stricter/structure on how their artists are handled. I don't think it would be a match where creative freedom is concerned but never say never. Jessie is more rap/hiphop and she does have a great singing voice to boot as you will see should you delve into her discography. She is originally from New Jersey and is fluent in English and Korean. I started to listen to her music just early part of this year when Zoom was released. You should check out "Who Dat B?" as it was her first MV under PNation. Then I would say other great songs/MV are What Type of X; Nunu Nana. While, I don't know her entire history, she is pretty much in your face with lyrics/expressions/interactions but also very funny. I love Jessie. Hope you have fun discovering her other songs!

Jessi is on a whole other level! Thanks for discovering her. I knew you would like her. She was raised in New York and then moved back to Korea. She adds a whole new flavor to k-pop. She is ultra talented! She can spit bars, sing and dance her ass off!
