Jessica leaving from SM wasn't a bad thing either. At least she can do more what she wanted to try, and she knows what suits her more. Being a member of SNSD is fun and having incredible memories, but rigid for solo planning. Actually members can do more but SM don't trust them and forcing them to follow what's already provided. For example, Taeyeon having powerful vocal still can't 100% doing her interest of kinda music, unless SM approves it. Her solo is great but not her best. Some more what else SM 'frozed' Jessica can do if keep staying in SM, her music interest is totally unmatch SM style. So wasted as SM biased Taeyeon more. PS : SNSD crown is getting weaker, and sub unit TTS is taking over the whole SNSD. SNSD8 song choice makes me losing the feelings sometimes. I don't like them as singers honestly recently, as their promote music is so naive and not thoughtful enuf, too much focusing in appearances. Boring!! Jessica music is better as the content is richer and thoughtful. I don't hate SNSD but I still like all 9 individuals. Just feeling unsecured as I fandom them since 2009 and started follows everything started from their debut stages and TV programs.You guys would never understand how I feel. I just don't understand the standards and policy of a South Korean entertainment company manages. What are they afraid of producing an artist that alter from the usual image concept of the company. SM= dance and look pretty, catchy concept. The most creepiest is the local fans interest, majority of local fans admire their idol images only and hardly accept real music talent from them, trying different music genres. They care a lot what the idols supposed to be, anything unexpected they hardly accept. Eg. Rapper must be rapper, singer must be singer, actor please don't be singer... or else that idol proves he can do it good as he supposed to do. Even singer also have limit to perform, ballad vocal always do ballads, pop singer goes Kpop... So standardized. What's going on? If I were SM, I don't mind giving freedom to produce various music from the in-house trained artists. Every idols been invested to get trained well and developed many potential talents for debut. Provide opportunities for them to do their best. Robotized them ain't working, and probably will leave the company after the contracts end. Those idols are company resources, so wasted if mgmt don't use them efficiently. Sorry spamming.

Well, "robotizing" them isnt as bad as what you think though...They invested millions of dollars in them since they entered the company, all those training fees, dormitory fees, stylist makeup salaries...so ofc they are in full control. Yeah SM is obviously taeyeon biased, she's the best singer afterall,. She has a very pretty face, way prettier than Jessica(looks are subjective though) but i find tae prettier because jessica face is kinda "big"? Her face lacks in some way idk but she looks awkward? I find her prettier in the 2011-2013 days. SM prioritizes looks so yeah... I am sorry but jessica 's songs are shit. I was trying very hard to like it because 1. They are not my musical style and interest. 2.Her voice sounds too childish, forced aegyo or whatever u call it but her adlibs/falsetto sound somewhat better than taeyeon. Fly is like a kid song and her moves are very kiddish too. Maybe thats her style...? U can see she focus more on appearance. Her clothes and the visual aspects in the mv whereas taeyeon , is a person who really really loves singing and her passion is just MUSIC. She is always very driven towards making better music and showcasing her versatility in music genres. I have to disagree what you say because her solo album "I" is probably the best album produced in 2015. Just listening to the instrumental itself gives you life. Its a very high quality album and you can see that taeyeon put her utmost into this. SM also made this solo debut the best one ever. Taeyeon solo debut is incomparable. I have nothing to say about jessica but she deserve to get kick out(if she really was) since she didnt has that much passion in the music industry anyways

The whole "Faith can move mountains" hinted phrase is actually from the bible, since the song is centered around faith, so I'm pretty sure she meant to say something like that. I think she should have said "There's no mountain too hard to move", personally, it might have just sounded more smooth to the English ear.
