these type of videos are so calming for me. i have super bad anxiety and ever since i was young sims speed builds have been something that helps me calm down. i know it sounds weird but it’s true, it just relaxes me and makes me feel good. i especially love your builds. your voice is very calming to me and you build very well. thank you for all your videos and continue the good work!!

What a great story! I can totally see the story just from that one room!! Amazing, love your builds 💚. I really do feel like we're due a teenager pack soon - we have a children and toddler one! I just hope it's not a stuff pack, it's a game pack or even an expansion! I would love prom and a high school!

I am always in awe of how you manage to use that one plant from Cats and Dogs. I can never get it to look right in my landscaping even though I think it's a beautiful plant. This is a gorgeous build!

I'm holding out for generations too and I desperately want it as an expansion. Kids need more love as well so they feel like real sims. This build is stunning and I love the family idea as well.

Another great build Jess! Yes I appreciate the pond tip too, I'm truly dreadful at making them, always end up deleting them! What were you doing with the lamps? Was that to stop what you were wanting to place slotting into a certain area?

I always wonder how you make the roofs rounded like that, mine never turn out that way. Is it a design hack? Or just a combo of keys you press? Lovely build as always. 😊

You can get more options! I believe it’s shift + C and then you get more options to manipulate it in anyway you want ☺️ and also if you press shift and pull of side of the roof, only the side you pull will extend! & thank you 🥰🤍

I am not that advanced with the tool mod 🤣😅 I’m still learning new things about the tool mod all the time, and there’s still so much in yet to learn! If I get to a point one day where I feel I know enough to do a tutorial then I will, but twistedmexi (the designer/creator of the mod) has some tutorials on his channel! okay serious question...I am looking through all of your builds and I can see the progression of your design abilities. Was there something/one you watched and design started clicking for you on another level? Your earlier designs aren't horrible or anything but your later designs are simply off the hook and on a completely different level.

I forgot to mention it in the video but it’s a new thing I’m doing that helps me move things to a certain place and it almost acts like a guide for the edges of an object! And thank you 🥰🤍

and for the backstory, maybe the children were taken away by child services and the teenager thinks their parents are "cool" but really theyre irresponsible
