This is a good reason why the U.S Justice System sucks ass! This man was pled guilty to 2nd degree murder back in 1994 and received 18 years. He was released on parole in 2007 and killed his brother in 2008. Why in the hell would you let the guy out of prison if they have freaking killed someone! All over a simple argument he killed his brother (argument) along with 5 other people (witnesses; 2 children). And shows absolutely ZERO remorse. SMH

I know, I saw that episode too. That was how I got here. This isn't the first case that someone on first 48 killed the kids after being paroled for murder. Did you see that episode where the guy killed the two babies in diapers. Our country knows the statistics.

Antonio Allison, U.S. prison System is for profit. The U.S. is not interested in rehabilitation. Why should they, when the more arrested, the more it profits? Recidivism rates in the U.S. is more than China. China has nearly 1.4 Billion Citizens and only 1 Million Citizens in Prision. The U.S. has 325+ Million Citizens and 2 Million Citizens in Prision. It all about the $ sign placed in U.S. Citizens heads. The System knew he'd strike again and re-entering, I'm sure is more than a continued stay.

Shit like this is why I'm trying to get on the parole panel. The mfs are getting a no from me. No need in letting you out to kill someone else. The panel is full of shit anyways, if the first two match that's the decision. If they're different, then the third panel member decides. The criminal justice system as a whole needs to be overhauled and filled with unbiased, fair people

Psychopath. His first interview with the police he was smiling and talking about how he wasn't a "G" and shit. They even had his punk ass in protective custody. The 3 survivors who are either adults or teenagers now need so much love and support. This trauma will never leave them. 💔

The back story no one was told is he was high af. He was on dope, tired, sleepy, confused, scared, and sick in the head. This was thoughts he already had contemplated in his head because of past trauma so he just intertwined it into his confession to go to slp. We actually did a 2 week dialogue on this in my class. I’m in school for criminal justice.

As if murder isn’t messed up enough, but there are also families who have to experience the trial on the victims’ side as well as the defendant’s. Can you imagine what that poor mom went through testifying against her own son in a death penalty trial? I imagine the guilt would’ve eaten her alive if she didn’t stand for the son he killed and his family and it also eats her alive for cooperating to get the death penalty against this son.

All I have to say is Jessie aka Junior sat in prison and “Stewed” he premeditated their murders in his head upon his release. His intentions was to take everyone out in the house so they cannot identify him. This is not only sad and heartbreaking but it’s unfathomable to think someone can do this to their own family members, especially the children. Lord ✝️ take the wheel. Rest in Heaven to both children and the four adults🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Jessie needs Jesus ✝️🙏🏾♥️ Praying for him and also the remaining family members.

I don’t believe he killed the children to prevent them identifying him because a 2 month old definitely wasn’t a threat. I have read others’ comments and apparently Marissa, the children’s mother was his girl before he went to prison the first time. I also a read a comment that stated the the little boy testified that he heard his mother tell him she didn’t want to die and he replied “ you thought you and Cecil was gonna get away with that?” I guess meaning the fact that they got together while he was locked up. I say all this to say I believe he attempted to kill all the kids because they were a product of Cecil and Marissa. Just the fact alone that he STABBED them. If you want to prevent witnesses, why not just shoot them and get it over with quickly. I believe he wanted to torture the kids and see them hurt. Sick really.

He's very proudful because he's committed murder before and did time and got out. So in his mind, he thinks that he'll out live his sentence? Or get off? In the interview he stated he hid underneath the bed the whole time. But as you can see here, he's saying nothing like that. In the interview he says that maybe his surviving nephews might be the ones to get him out. I say keep those boys far away from this nigga. The fact that he shows no remorse, hurt or pain, if not for his brother or the others there, at least for the children. He's so casual about this whole thing. And that sickens me.

I still remember everything thing I was doing that day when I Watched #First48 episode of this Massacre. Hearing about the children, how brutal their murders were broke my heart into a million pieces. The nerve of this demon acting like he was so innocent, and so concerned about those innocent Little Angels. But people, I tell you, God took those little angels souls and wrapped them in his arms. The power God has and the miracles He proforms are the most precious blessing God gives us all. God was not going to let that demon roam this earth after what he did. God sent his angels to protect the surviving children, because they will live to tell this story as a testimony, and their voice will be God Sword to slay that demon and send it back to hell forever. And yes, God was with those detectives as well. They made sure No One knew or mention anything about the surviving children, because The Older baby will be the one to slay that demon. That took that leap of faith, not knowing if that child knew, or saw who was responsible for that crime. When that detective came out the hospital with that tape recorded, He was so happy at the same time in raged, to even know that the one who committed that crime sat in his face getting sympathy, and encouragement from him. I know he did some serious praying to God asking for strength so he don't snatch that Man up and beat the daylight outta him. As he set back down with that demon, keeping his emotions under control, He said, "I want play something for you!" And he hit that play button, You saw the life leave outta his body! The detective asked him, what name did that baby say, Dude said "Junior," he then asked him, Who name Junior? Dude said that's his name! That detective hit his ass with that finally blow by saying, "You F'ed up when you Left one alive!" To me, after what that baby witnessed, and the pain, the hurt, and the terror they went through, THEY ARE THE REAL TRUE HERO. What they went through, made them very strong, because it took strength, courage, and the Will power to fight to stay alive. God was truly with them all. I hope he is sentenced to death and given his execution date at the same time. #44What #KARMA Wants, Karma# IS GONNA GET!" God bless and many more to come!

it amazes me how murderers come into the courtroom and speak politely. Yes sir, after he killed all those people so brutally. This makes me mad.

@shalicia17 - o_O he did it . & what makes it even more sickening is that he's showing no emotion .

Yes,I saw it on the First 48.Memphis,Tenn. In the house. This man was given the death sentence. Why is he still alive 10 years later. Those children he tried to kill. One of them is an adult now.Why is Jessie Dodd on still alive.I heard something about him filing appeals.I also heard that two Judges ruled death by lethal injection violates his civil rights because what is not known is the state does not know the proper amont of medication to put in the syringes to ensure death occurs. But after the cameras stopping rolling Jessie Dodson was called back in to court an the Judge sentenced him to 120 years for the attempted murder of the three children. You know what I say to all that. GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH.
