They were on their way back from Alaska. They said it was 65 hours round trip.

Ha ha! You look at this heli like it would be your next TURBINE project! 🙈😃 BTW, Roban has announced turbine versions of their helis. Maybe interessant for you. This H130 is direct sucessor of AS350 Écureuil (A-Star) but with Fenestron. Is wider. The lower skids are at the front formed going backwards in the angle to increase safety in case the heli catches the wire. They lead the wire down under heli to the back... 🙂

Any heli that comes in, I take a ton of pics. I do a video while I take the detail pics on the iPhone. Not just for me but for anyone wanting detail pics. I think I ended up taking 300+ pics. Kind of a low amount for me normally! I’m usually around 600-700 pics of any one heli!

Right at 5:53 something flew from the helicopter. Looks like it came from the exhaust area.

I believe this is a new model from Airbus. Hence the H130. It even says it on the tail…..
