JESUS EXPLAINS THE THREE EVENTS--THAT TRIGGER HIS SECOND COMING. DO YOU KNOW THEM?

The 3 essential points Jesus gave to His disciples and to us were:
First, the trouble leading up to Christ's Coming Kingdom Rule will start with one man’s actions in Jerusalem’s “holy place” (Mt. 24:15). There is a real place central in God’s plans: the earthly, geographic city of Jerusalem.
Each time the term “holy place” is used in the Old Testament (54x) and the New Testament (5x), it is always the Temple (or Tabernacle). So, a real person is coming to that literal place: the human that Satan empowers to become the Matthew 24:15-20 “Abomination causing Antichrist.” The Antichrist heads a future-revived Roman Empire (Dan. 9:26-27).
Look back at the source of Christ's reference to this person in Daniel 9. Here, we see that the Antichrist is from the Roman Empire (the people who destroyed “the city” (Jerusalem) and “the sanctuary” (Herod’s Temple)). This coming Antichrist confirms a covenant with the Jewish nation of Israel, breaks the covenant, and brings in an “abomination”.
And all that happens in Jerusalem in Judea (Mat. 24:16).
Second, Christ's Coming Kingdom Rule will follow the Great Global Holocaust known as the Tribulation (Mt. 24:21-22). Jesus makes it clear what precipitates His return has not yet happened. The events prior to Christ's return are so catastrophic that they will only happen once.
Note the extreme, apocalyptic, superlatives Christ uses: “great”, “not been nor ever shall be”, and “no flesh” survive.
Third, Christ's Coming Kingdom Rule will be seen by every one of us, every saint that has ever lived, and every human alive on Earth at the closing moments of the Tribulation (Mat. 25:31-32). Note that Jesus says: “all the holy angels” come with Him. This is also described as the second coming in Rev. 19, surrounding the events at Armageddon.
Just for a moment, think how vast a sight this will be.
There are billions of angels, plus we know all the saints are with Him. Jude 1:14 quotes Enoch from before the Flood, prophesying a prophecy from God that tells us that Christ returns with “myriads” of His saints (that is, the literal words, an incomprehensible number, the largest number they had in the Greek language). There may be as many as a few billion saints from Adam & Eve onward. That is quite an awesome-sized cloud coming to the skies of Earth at Christ's second coming.
Global population think tanks estimate that there have been between 46 and 110 Billion humans that have ever lived on Earth over the past 50,000 years. They are probably off by almost one zero in the duration of humanity’s existence on Earth (closer to 6,000 years), but they may be right that 50-plus BILLION souls have been born and lived, and 8+ billion are still alive at this moment.
But Christ's coming to rule His Father’s Kingdom will be as He is surrounded by every angel and saint (1 Th. 3:13), and every human that has survived the Tribulation will see that return.
Every time we celebrate communion, we should remember this promise. Jesus is coming to set up His Father’s Kingdom. But there is even more.

The event referred to by Jesus here- in Mathew chapter 24, as "the abomination that causes desolation" appears to be the signature event that triggers end time events known and described as the "great tribulation," followed immediately by the 2nd coming of Christ in glory. A time of falling away from the faith and intense persecution of God's people precedes this event it looks like.

God has a church. It is not the great cathedral, neither is it the national establishment, neither is it the various denominations; it is the people who love God and keep His commandments. “Where two or three are gathered together in My name, there am I in the midst of them.” Where Christ is, even among the humble few, this is Christ’s church, for the presence of the High and Holy One who inhabiteth eternity can alone constitute a church.

@@PatBouwer I was thinking about getting some flatbread and grape juice ( would that be ok)? and pray 🙏 over it and end with “Do this in Remembrance of Me” With my one sister and friend, however the friend is a bit hesitant 😟 I live I. A very small mountainous town, (pop 990) many churches and visited all of them when I arrived here in 2017 . The first was called the Lighthouse Community Church and was Baptized in the lake her with the old Pastor. It was very exciting and spiritual for me and then a few time they were talking in tongues and it was a different experience for me and in viewing Dr. Barnett’s page he said to beware of this! The others are Catholic, which I are up in and NEVER had a Bible, and more, Presbyterian and other small churches. (Sorry so long)

The abomination of desolation is Satan and he's going to be standing in Jerusalem. If there is a desolation, then he's the desolator. Satan will be cast to earth, [Rev 12 7-10] five days before passover [Luk 10-18] and he's going to be in Jerusalem.

Hey Dr. Barnett, this shortened time period in Matthew 24:22 that you spoke about can be found in revelation chapter 9. Pay close attention to verses 5 and 10. The time period of the antichrist here on Earth has been shorten to a 5-month time period. So, we really have nothing to worry about as God is still in control. You do know that Jesus spoke a lot about the kingdom of God and he spoke in parables but when he said the kingdom was within.. it was not a parable. In the beginning was the word ..the word was with God.. the Word was God ..the word became flesh ..the word was crucified.. the word resurrected .. the word ascended.. and now is in print. The Jews had to act on sin in their mind to be guilty. Jesus has raised the bar and is ruling with an iron fist, thinking evil now is a sin.

To me, the word temple is not a physical structure. To me, the word temple represents God's dwelling place here on Earth, signifying His presence, holiness, and relationship with his people. Our mind is the place God lives, serving as a place of worship, sacrifice, and connection to the divine.

The word "saints" in Jude 1:14 and 1 Thess 3:13, is a reference to "angels" (holy ones - Strong'sG40 Hagios) - not human saints, but "angels" are also called "saints" or "holy ones"(Deut 33:2, Ps 68:17). The LORD came from Sinai…and He came with ten thousands of “saints(angels)”. From His right hand went a fiery Law for them. [Deut 33:2] Who were these“saints”? The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of “angels”, the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the Holy Place. [Ps 68:17] The Bible itself defines 'saints" in this CONTEXT to refer to ANGELS. So, we need to be very careful when we are studying the English translation of the Bible because these types of difficulties exist throughout the entire text and careful study and "rightly dividing the Word of Truth" is required.

No, Jesus does not explain the second coming that happened 1000 years ago. The second coming written in the bible is in revelations. Genesis = 1, Revelations = 2. However before Christ was Octavian, Christ was Amenotep III, so it means it was the 3rd incarnation since the drama began with Nero, or the devil's creation. Genesis is a reference to Gnaius. Adam and Eve are Octavian and Cleopatra who are twins of Julius and Juno. Every 1000 years I incarnate, and I am procreated differently. Some divine forces orchestrate the event that a sag male impregnates a scorpio female on his birthday, which then passes over the Ophiuchus in the 369 grid pattern. It gets deeper as well. Alexander the great enslaved Rome 1000 years ago, is called the Dragon in the bible, he was also a she, a hermaphrodite who spawned Tut. Tutenkhamun is called Jesus. Tut was burned alive in the library of Alexandria by Christ, who was called Moses then, and some other names. Jesus is the spawn of Satan who was sent to hell with Satan. Amenotep III Octavian then Moses/Perseus and other names. Christ is the one who was, is, and will be.

If that was true, why didn’t the Mount of Olives split in two and why was WW2 worse than anything the Romans could do? If this is the little season then why was Satan free in 600 AD free to form Islam? If Satan was chained up already why have there been wars in every century since 66 AD? The Bible describes the conditions that exist when Jesus returns. Since none of those conditions have existed the Bible proves you are false.

That was His first coming. His second will be in His authority as a KING destroying the heathen with the Word of His.mouth. He will reign on earth for 1000 years. 2000 is quite obviously more than double that. Millennial means 1000. Also, John didn't prophesy until.20 years after the temple was destroyed in 70ad
