Most people who believes in pre tribulation rapture do not want to be ready because they think they will be taken up before things get bad. So why should they prepare? Just enjoy life to the fullest and Jesus will rapture them? Right?

Christianity is a journey over time. We start out in not great shape, pretty much NOTHING like Christ (don't sweat the short comings). He says, if you will walk with me (relationship), I will bring the changes to your life you desire. Just like in The Old Testament, we live in Egypt (our world) and He wants to lead of out of Hard Bondage (sin, addictions), but when we are delivered from the tyrant (Pharaoh) we end up in a wilderness (process to get Egypt {thinking and acting as a slave} out of us). Why would The Lord Christ go away 2,000 years to go build mansions in heaven for his bride if they were not going to be used ?? The tribulation is all judgment, all 7 years, 7 seals, 7 trumpets, 7 bowls.. Daniels 70 th week.. a week = 7 days .. not a mid trib which is 3.5 years.. btw the antichrist rules for all 7 years hence the verse in Rev.. where it says he would rule for ANOTHER 42 months (2nd half of the tribulation 3.5 years) The yo -yo rapture at the end of the Tribulation ( where some think you’d go up then come right back down ) is just silly 😂

I believe the "Old Testament" should be called the "Heart Testament", "New Testament" is the "Mind Testament". In Gen 19:22 the angle bringing destruction on 5 Cities says, "I can do nothing till thou come thither". God's heart is to hold judgement of Revelation until his people (those who have already embraced the Holy Spirit Fires of sanctification) are safely removed.

AMEN BROTHER , YOU HAVE READ MARK 13 V24-26 . MATHEW 24 V 29 -31 STATES JESUS IS RETURNING AFTER THE 7 YEAR TRIBULATION.

They don't want to acknowledge this. They will come up with their own THEOLOGY about why the rapture happens before the Tribulation. But ask them where has Jesus taught anything like that or where in the Bible does it EXPLICITLY state that he comes back before and watch how quiet they become. There is no THEOLOGY or teaching that can override what Jesus says. He spoke it very clearly in Matthew 24 and Mark 13. They choose to not to believe. Anything else is adding words.

Yahshua didn't talk about the rapture at all. Not only did He not reveal the timing He also didn't even tell anyone there would be a rapture. Nobody knew about it until Yahshua told Paul. I also am mostly a PAN-Millennealist, whatever pans out, that's what I'll believe. BUT I do draw comfort from Gen 19:22; angel bringing destruction to cities of Sodom and Gamorrah said to Lot, "leave now, for I can do nothing until you and family are safe". It probably is a picture of God's heart for His people for the coming judgement.

The book of Enoch says and chapter on paragraph one but his writing is for those believers. That would be here at the end times of the great tribulation........ I'm gonna do more than then just pray for ya, I'm gonna give you some advice on how to put God first. 1) Make the conscience effort to put him first, cause you will need to sacrifice some things in your life to make this work. 2) Get up an hour earlier in the mornings and carve out one hour to do either a personal bible study, prayer session or worship session. Mix it up. 3) If you are going to do the bible study, always pray that the Holy Spirit give you discernment and wisdom (trust me, it makes reading the bible more enjoyable if the Holy Spirit takes the blinders off). 4) Before you go to sleep, make sure you pray for protection over the devil's attacks. 5) When you pray, ask for discernment, wisdom and endurance to run the race set before you. 6) Surround yourself with christian friends that will encourage your relationship w/God. 7) Try fasting for a day or three. 8) Take leaps of faith. Do something that's outside your comfort zone that will build you treasures in heaven. 9) Be prepared for the devil to attack you (fatigue, problems in the home, being short-tempered) and be ready to rebuke those spirits in Jesus name. You have more power, in Jesus name, than you know. You can't have a relationship with someone if you don't spend any time with them. It's on us to create the casual lukewarm relationship or a deep intimate one. Don't let the devil rob you of the latter.

To understand the Rapture better there is a very good explanation in the Jewish Wedding ceremony that Jesus was telling his disciples. Also through that understanding you would understand the story of the virgins too.

Remember Peter, he declared he would never deny the Lord. It's not by mere human effort that keeps us in the faith. God is the one who makes us able to stand. He is the author and finisher of our faith. He will always get the glory. Our job is to stay focused Him and on His word. Staying in His presence is key to abiding in Him. We are constantly sanctified thru His word being filled to overflowing. This how you get ready for the bride groom. Remember the parable of the ten virgins. All are virgins, all sleeped, and not all of them make it. Some were not prepared and were not ready. This puts the fear of God in me, and I hope you as well. The church makes up the BODY OF CHRIST and only a rib portion or a remnant makes up the bride of Christ. We don't suffer like other nations therefore the idea of a rapture taking up "spoiled" Christians is hard for him to comprehend but just like he mentioned other Christians in other areas are already persecuted & tortured for their faith why would they have to suffer more during tribulation? Pre trib is what I lean towards but I don't argue against people who take other positions

Voddie only mentions how christians have been perscuted including the 12 disciplines but leaves out how Elijah never even died. That Noah and lot were both protected during God's judgement. Remember God wouldn't judge sodom if one believer was present. He sent 2 angels to remove lot from sodom. This stuff isn't even mentioned in the video that leans heavy post trib.

This is my fear as well. Jesus said that many will fall away from the faith at the end, and placing ones hopes on the pre-trib rapture really sets anyone up for a great dissapointment, possibly leading to losing faith altogether.

What bible translations in English do you rely on?

We're not appointed to God's wrath, true. But I do believe that we would face persecution, you can see the tides turning. Bible believing people are being called out as extremists, they find our biblical views convicting, hence it's easier to call us out.

Man of sin/man of lawlessness depending on translation is "revealed," not appears. The Greek word is "apokalyphthē" which means revealed and comes from the Greek word "apokaluptó" which is where we get Apocalypse. All these variants have the meaning of reveal, revelation, unveiled, made visible, uncover, or make plain. As such, The Antichrist doesn't necessarily have to come to power or even become well known, only unveiled or made visible. Therefore, it makes more since that the Antichrist will be unveiled at the beginning, if not before the start of the Tribulation/Daniel's 70th Week. Personally, the Rapture comes "As a thief in the night" when they say "Peace and Safety" and in my reasoning, nobody is going to be saying peace and safety after the "Middle of the Week/Great Tribulation" starts, and even less likely at the end of the Tribulation--Just doesn't appear that it would catch anyone by surprise at that point!

I think we're further along in Revelation than anyone thinks. I think the man of lawlessness has already been revealed. It doesn't say he has to be revealed to everyone but the people who have eyes to see already know

Hi 4 Truth, the Apostle Paul is differentiating between the gathering and 2nd coming. They thought they had missed the rapture because of Emperor Claudias’ persecution by way of expelling angry Jews from Rome spreading to all the world and persecuting Christians. Paul was reminding them that they weren’t in the Tribulation because the man of sin had not been revealed and would not be revealed until God’s restraining Spirit in the church was removed. He was comforting them that they had not missed the rapture not giving them a sign for the gathering (an appearance of Christ not the coming) but an assurance that the Tribulations they were suffering was not “The Tribulation” as he had previously instructed them of.
