2 Peter 2:7-8 But GOD also rescued Lot out of Sodom because he was a righteous man who was sick of the shameful immortality of the wicked people around him. Yes, Lot was a righteous man who was tormented in his soul by the wickedness he saw and heard day after day.

The problem here is no anointing or power. Jesus doesn't need anyone to defend or create a day to celebrate him. He already earned all the Glory. If you want to win souls to Christ, do what Christ did, show mercy and love. Preach to the soul and stop the attack and condemnation. Where is the miracles, the deliverance so that the glory of God is manifested. The Glory of God is what draws souls to him, not attack. The Church should be a refuge, not a beat down house.
