Hi JT! I feel you… yeah, so much hypocrisy out there. Not just Christians, but politicians too. Human nature? You asked how you can heal? It is not easy to ignore but ask yourself this: what do you accomplish by allowing it to bother you so? You know your truth. For me, rejection is God’s protection (that’s just me), so that I can weed out people who are not worthy of my attention and time. I believe in Karma. Do you? I really think religion, especially fundamental religions are dangerous because they’re too judgmental and that causes division; in my opinion. I am sorry for your experience and pain- and sorry that people continue to shame you. Thankfully we have choices- we do not have to be a Christian- we have that freedom to chose what we believe in- AND who we associate with. Hugs!

I am deeply sorry to hear that. I know that traumatic is very difficult for you. I am a 19 year old male and this hits me hard. I know our Deaf Community is not the great, but we need to fix that problem before "Elite" Deaf people shaming more "Non-Elite" Deaf people. Me, personally, I never liked Indiana because they always think they are better than us. I am from a Deaf family, regardless they don't care. They care about themselves more than actually care about our community. Thats why our community is struggling nowadays. To make your pain to go away, it is better off if you submit to Jesus Christ. He will take your pain away and bless you. James 4:7 "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Again, I am not one of them, but I apologize for what they have done to you. Shaming others to make themselves feel better ISN'T OKAY!

I understand your feeling. I've been Christian since 1981. I've faced many cristizems. One thing I learn that there is only hope and blessing that cones from the Lord. Just look up to Him. He is the way, the truth and the life. Just pray to Him and ignore them who hurt you. If you know the truth, the truth shall make you free. Seek the truth in the Bible. The world is cruel. Yes some Christians have bad examples. But very few ones keep following the real examples of Jesus the Lord. You can be free from pain and trauma through the word of God.

i agree with you and i been Christian for many years and some world and Christian peoples always leave me they make me lonely i think not fair about other world or christian people
