Richard Crenna always liked. Had some good names in this movie. Cliff Gorman his partner was a darn good actor. Played in Night and the City Robert DeNiro and Jessica Lange full star cast just like this movie. When I looked Cliff Gorman he died so young from Lukemia. Cliff Gorman's name was Joshua Goldberg. Richard Crenna's son is an actor I didn't know he was Richard Crenna's son. I've seen him in movies and he's a good actor. This movie only had 2 black actors in it. Glad they played high rank instead of type casting back in those days.

The Vietnam scenes were filmed in Bartow, Florida.

I can’t believe that this cop would talk to his new girlfriend about his cases. That’s a big no-no in the real world. Only idiots would do that and unfortunately that’s how Richard Crenna’s character is being is being portrayed.

Well, I just glanced through it, but it looks pretty boring. Plus, I don't really have 2 hours and 50 minuites to watch a cop flick. That is about an hour and 20 minutes too long, IMHO.

I like Richard Crenna's movies but this movie, story and editing are not to par.
